Part of our mission is to help solve the pet overpopulation problem that
results in an abundance of homeless animals and unnecessary euthanasia.
One solution to that problem is to make sure your pets are spayed and neutered.
We have an on-site licensed veterinarian, Dr. John Mueller, in charge of our
on-site clinic.
We are able to offer the very best rates for your animals' Spay/Neuter
procedures for residents of Carroll County. For our low income families
these rates are even lower.
Our low-cost spay/neuter services are available to anyone, but...
to qualify for the lowest rate available, an individual must:
*Be a Carroll County Citizen and present a Photo I.D. or Drivers License AND
*Provide proof of income below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level
